Three mini-splits, one on the first floor and one in each bedroom are provided for your comfort. Remote controls for the units are located in wall holsters near the light switch in each room.

Please note that energy is even more expensive here on the cape. When you are leaving, please put the units in Econo Cool mode.

Heating is available via six electric baseboard heating zones:

• Master Bedroom

• Second Bedroom

• Upstairs Bathroom

• Living Room

• Kitchen

• Downstairs Bathroom

The thermostats look like the one in the picture below. Just dial in the desired temperature.
